New robots. Same phone number.

Three systems handle the repetitive precision work. That is not a boast about machines — it is why our pharmacists have time to look at a regimen instead of a pill tray, and why the person who answers still knows your facility.

SynMed XF

A robot fills the blister cards. It does not get tired at four in the afternoon, it does not lose its place, and it barcode-verifies every cavity against the order before the card is sealed. Ninety percent of oral solids never touch a human hand.

What that buys you is not novelty. It is a pharmacist whose attention is on the regimen rather than the count.

Verified at every step

Each canister is scanned before it dispenses, each cavity is checked after it fills, and each finished card is photographed. If something does not match, the machine stops and a pharmacist looks at it.

What changes at the cart

Nothing should get missed.

The difference automation makes is not in our building. It is in yours, at 7am, when a nurse is working through a cart.

Thirty vials, or one pouch

The same medications, the same doses. One of these has to be sorted by hand at the cart before a single resident is medicated; the other is already right.
