Privacy policy

This policy covers palmettorxsolutions.com only. It does not cover the WebConnect partner portal, which is operated by our pharmacy software vendor under its own terms, and it does not describe how we handle protected health information — that is set out in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

What this site collects

Almost nothing. This is an informational website. It has no login, no account, no shopping cart and no member area.

The contact form

If you complete the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your name, facility name, facility type, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the inquiry. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone outside Palmetto Rx Solutions.

Please do not enter resident names or any health information into that form. It is a general business inquiry form and is not a secure channel for protected health information. If you need to discuss a specific resident, call us at (803) 454-2290 and ask for the pharmacist on duty.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every visit — IP address, browser type, which page was requested and when. This is ordinary web server activity, used for security and reliability, and is not linked to you by name.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no advertising trackers, no social media pixels and no cross-site profiling of any kind. Nothing about your visit is shared with advertisers.

Who processes information on our behalf

• Netlify hosts the site and delivers the pages you are reading. It also receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Google Workspace carries our company email, which is where form submissions arrive.

Both are established providers with their own published privacy terms. We have chosen not to use analytics or marketing platforms that build profiles of visitors.

How long we keep things

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as they are useful to the inquiry and any resulting business relationship. Server logs are retained by our host on their standard schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us what inquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to Avandergrift@palmettorxsolutions.com or call (803) 454-2290. Rights over protected health information are separate and are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Children

This site is intended for the administrators and clinical staff of long-term care facilities. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the review date at the top of this page.
